next to all major routes in and out

of the city, allowing easy access to

the areas within the city and also

the surrounding area.

Customer Facilities

The site operates with two separate enclosed

reception areas set aside to receive customers and

conduct transactions. Reception areas are clearly

signed externally and maintained in a clean and tidy

condition for customers to wait in comfort. Tea, coffee

and drinking water is available to waiting customers.

Customer toilet facilities are separate from the

workshop toilets and are also maintained in a clean

and tidy condition at all times.

Off-road customer parking places are available for

customers’ use at all times including parking reserved

for disabled customers.

Spray Booths & Paint Shop

The site contains 3 EPA compliant spray booths with

build specifications compliant to the latest Health

& Safety guidelines. Suitable for the application of

waterborne paint systems and capable of maintaining

a constant minimum panel temperature of between 60

to 80 degrees centigrade.

All spray booths are fitted with an over pressure alarm

and automatic shut down device.

L.E.V. booth clearance tests have been carried out on

each booth and they have all been recently serviced as

part of a regular maintenance program.

The site boasts a commercial Spray booth capable of

containing larger vehicles such as high roof and long

wheel base vans.

Paint Mixing RoomThe mixing room is equipped with paint mixing scheme,

mixing bench, electronic scales, water / solvent spray

gun cleaners and forced air ventilation.

Paint SystemsFully compliant paint refinishing products PPG and

Max Meyer are used.

All paint technicians have recently received PPG &

Max Meyer training.

• The site contains a designated undercover area set aside

for the sole purpose of vehicle cleaning and a designated

area outside for the purpose of power / steam washing

vehicles. The area is managed in accordance with Health

and Safety regulations.

Collection & Delivery Service The site operates its own collection & delivery service.

The Recovery of more seriously damaged vehicles and out of hours recovery is outsourced to Bell Truck Services. The company operates a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2001 and PAS 43 standards.

Right Car Hospital bears the BSI Kitemark. This is your assurance that procedures are regularly subjected to rigorous, independent testing to ensure that they comply with stringent standards for safety, product performance and reliability. In addition, the Kitemark also means that the quality systems of the Bodyshop are systematically assessed. The Kitemark is therefore Right Car Hospital’s commitment towards maintaining the highest possible standards.

We have also achieved and fully met the standards that form our Membership with the Retail Motor Industry & Motor Vehicle Repair Association and have been successful in gaining KIA Motors Bodyshop Approval.

The site operates a stringent Quality Control system which includes end of process sign-off and a final inspection completed on every vehicle by a responsible person. The whole Quality Control process is documented and dated to allow full traceability.

In order to guarantee repairs are carried out correctly, technical personnel are issued with thatcham data via escribe on vehicles which require structural repairs.

All relevant equipment is included in a regular maintenance and calibration plan. Including checks on sub contract supplier’s calibration certification.
