CONSULTANCY-CHARGE:

1. 5% on Plant & Machinery Cost. To and fro + Lodging, boarding on clients cost. 2. 25,000 will be charge as token which will get reimbursed at the time of consultancy3.Advance 25% of the total agreement value at the time of signing of this agreement .

4.25% at the time of finalization of main plant and machinery quotations

5.15 % at the time of physical delivery of the main plant and machinery after quality inspection.6. 25% during the commissioning of the main plant and machinery.

7. 10% at the time of starting commercial production in the plant.8. 25% subsidy of central government food processing and plant & machinery, construction area ,maximum subsidy will be 50 lacs and in some notified areas 33% subsidy of central government food processing and plant machinery, construction area, maximum subsidy will be 75 lacs.PROFILE OF MR. ASHOK CHAHUHANMr. Ashok Chauhan is our Technical Director. He has 30 years vast experience in various food industries like Haldiram Snacks Co. Pvt. Ltd, Chaudhary Group Nepal, Uncle Chips company Pvt. Ltd. And packaging film, Prag Rice & Oil Mills at very senior position. His core experience is in any type of food industry commissioning and Errection.

In the food industry, He is acting as the most efficient leader of the team. He is responsible for the time management, raw material management, and effective production and maintenance activities.

He has worked upon the ETP Plant, 10 KL*2Nos. R.O. Plants, 500Tr. Centralized A C Plants, Chiller Plants, A. H. U. and many more like various capacity dual fuel (Oil and gas) fired imported microprocessor controlled burner , Various steam Boilers, thermic fluid heaters , different types high speed volumetric, weigh metric imported and indigenous packing machines make Polaris, cyclone and woodman from USA ,Kawashima,Ishida and Yomato from Japan, Simon Auto and Immeco from Italy ,TNA from Australia, Mico, Admos, Select samarpa and flex from INDIA . Apart from above, various types specially selected & developed CNC/PLC controlled imported and indigenous special purpose food process machines. Moreover, good experience in process control energy conservation spare parts planning, stores inventory control.

Always focus on modification/development of existing process flow chart and machinery to enhance production capabilities with minimum production expenses & to maintain good manufacturing practice. He is responsible for the liaison with Govt. Department.
