ABOUT US INTRODUCTION

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

RTM Vacuum & Hydro Je"ng (PTY) Ltd. was founded in 2007 providing services of high, super high and

ultra high pressure hydro je"ng cleaning and industrial cleaning mainly to the Petro-chemical industry

for SASOL, ASTRON ENERGY in Cape Town, NATREF in Sasolburg and SAFRIPOL in Sasolburg. RTM has

performed work for ESKOM, Arcelor Mi9al, Engen, Municipali:es and other various industries.

In 2018 RTM added an addi:onal scope to its services at the Secunda branch for SASOL, Secunda Opera-

:ons which include scaffolding, insula:on, abrasive blas:ng and industrial pain:ng.

RTM has three branches with head office located in Sasol Eco Park, Sasolburg Light Industrial Area, and

Secunda. We have site offices established at SASOL Secunda and Natref and are bound to legal and oth-

er requirements

RTM is a 51% black woman owned company and has a total of ±600 permanent employees and may in-

crease to about 1300 with temporary employees hired for shutdowns and projects. Due to the nature of our

business, we established a pool of competent people which are used during shutdowns and projects. Our

supervisors and managers are of the best in the trade with some not less than 10 years experience.

EQUIPMENT

RIGID LANCE SYSTEM (SINGLE AND TRIPLE)

Triple Lance Tube Cleaner (3TLE – Combina:on Complete)

Automa0c Cleaning Equipment which can be used with both flex and rigid lances. The TLE combi is

equipped with a double chain drive. The TLE Combi gives excellent cleaning results due to con-

sistent cleaning speed and by cleaning the tubes twice. An extremely versa:le combina:on that can

tackle most cleaning jobs and is capable of cleaning 300 to 350 tubes per hour.

Single Lance Tube Cleaner (1-LTC)

High Pressure cleaning of heat exchangers has never been this easy and safe! Excellent cleaning

results due to consistent speed and front and back cleaning.

The weight is only 8,5 kg (19 pounds) and it greatly increases both produc:vity and operator safety.

The operator uses the 1-LTC by posi:oning the nozzle end against the tube to be cleaned. The opera-

tor manipulates the simple controls to retract or extend the high pressure hose, at the appropriate

speed, into the tube while applying water pressure. The 1-LTC conveys the hose using polyurethane

fric:on blocks mounted within the assembly. The speed and pressure of the 1-LTC can be varied ac-

cording to the hose being used and the contamina:on inside the tubes. The consistent speed both back-

wards and forwards delivers excellent cleaning results in the shortest :me possible. The standard single

lance machine is most suitable for 4/2 and 5/2 (DN 4 and 5) or 1/16″ and 1/8″ flex lances.

HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETTING MACHINES

For today’s toughest industrial cleaning problems we provide powerful hydro je"ng machines

to carry out cleaning jobs once considered “impossible” with pumps capable of producing pres-

sures in excess of 10,0000 psi which is widely accepted by the industry as a safe and economi-

cal means of cleaning.

Hydo Je"ng is a specialized opera:on with proper equipment and well trained and experi-

enced operators fully equipped with the necessary PPE that reduce down:me and mainte-

nance costs.

All our High Pressure Equipment is cer:fied and regularly tested in accordance with the manu-

facturers specifica:ons. Test cer:ficates can be submi9ed upon request.
