Banca IFIS is the only independent Italian bank specializing in commercial,non-performing loans, financial and trade receivables. Active since 1983, itis listed in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange since 2004. Itscore business focuses on responding independently and innovatively - tothe financial needs of enterprises, supporting the activities and thedevelopment of SMEs, improving their access to credit. Constantlyexpanding, the Banca IFIS Group has 27 branches throughout the nationalterritory and over 80 professionals in charge of customer relations. Itsbranches in Italy, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Timisoara and Mumbai,prove the progress of its international growth. The guidelines of thedevelopment plan are: - focus on core business; - acquiring and satisfyingthe need for new credit through products and solutions that traditionalbanks are not able to provide; - developing and strengthening thepresence in non-performing loans and fiscal credits. - increasing of thefunding sources. In 2011, Banca IFIS concluded the acquisition ofToscana Finanza Group, entering the segment non-performing tax,financial and trade receivables.
