Bensizwe was founded in 2008 after Marketresearchers identifying a need of staffingsolutions and call centre solutions in Congo withan emphasis on customer service andtechnology. As the company developed moreexperience in the developing and dynamicAfrican markets specific in the African diaspora,opportunities were identified in the outsourcingindustry such as effective and fully fledgedcustomized Human Capital Management, callcentre and ICT infrastructure, training andconstruction.Bensizwe Group is now a dynamic corporatesolutions business. • To service most telecommunications firms inthe DRC (i.e: Vodacom, Africell, Orange,Airtel) with trained staff, customerregistration processing call centre serviceswith the latest technology by the end of2018.

• Increase the number of skilled staffemployed under our books by a thousandpeople through training and developmentby 2018.

• To increase staff outsourcing market shareby 5% BY 2020
