AL SHAHIN Company For Metal Industries was established in 1978 located in 2nd Industrial City-Riyadh Saudi

Arabia. The company was established to supply state-of-the-art fabricated structural steel structures in the industry

and today we are proud to introduce

Structural steel buildings which includes

Towers and others which can be used for

commercial, industrial, petro-chemical and

any other purposes with a wide range of

industrial applications within International

Standards.

FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE

Al Shahin Facilities spread over the area of 250,000 m2 covered area with overhead traveling cranes. Raw steel and manufactured members are handled efficiently through the use of numerous huge cranes. Completed structures are shipped to job sites through a combination of commercial haulers and Al Shahin fleet trucks equipped with cranes.

The engineering team has twelve work stations using Steel computer drafting from the engineered design drawings supplied by project engineers and architects, the Al Shahin Drafting Team creates connection design drawings, and working drawings and the electronic files created are then fed directly

Al Shahin Plant has all the modern and vide variety machines and equipment’s, which is of great help in fabricating any type of steel structures in the soonest possible time some are listed here :

as per requirements.

CNC SHEARING MACHINE: The sophisticated

machine to shear all types of steel sheets up to 12

MM. thicknesses.

modern machine used for Profile Marking, Plate

Drilling, Beam Drilling, C-Channel Drilling

Gemini - Ficep HP32 : This is modern machine for Plate

Marking, Plate Drilling and Plate Cutting to minimize

the overall wastage.

Al Shahin Company is leading producers of metal insulated Polyisocyanurate (PIR) sandwich panels of various thickness

and types. We used the modern and sophisticated machinery to produce our panel which one of the best in the world and

the only continuous production line in the area.

We have supplied sandwich panels for many major projects here in Saudi Arabia and throughout the Middle East.
