We guarantee our manpower is qualified skill, also communication with customer's staff and right attitude for work under customer's team.

Our staffs has been trained before supply to customers at our training center in area that customers required, such as pipe fitter, the pipe fitter to be trained about understanding in isometric drawing from fabrication until installation, also attitude to work under customer's team.

We are Satisfaction guarantee for our manpower, if customer do not satisfied in anyone who supplied by us, they can ask us to change new one at anytime and we will arrange to change the new one with training from us as soon as possible.

We also have basic safety training for our labors before supply to customers. The customers can trust the manpower from us is ready to work with skillful, safety and right attitude in their mind. We also give certificate to them after finish training course from our qualified trainer.

Skilled and safety Training before supply to customers

•For pipe fitter• We train about how to interpret from isometric drawing and shop

drawing to actual work by use a wire to train about direction, and calculation of cutting length (deduct fitting length before cutting plan).

• Training about fit-up procedure.• Basic safety and attitude training to work with customer's team.

•For Structural fitter• We train about mark, cut and drill as per shop drawing also

understands weld symbol and dimensions.• Fit-up tolerance and finishing.• Basic safety and attitude training to work with customer's team.

For welder both in piping and structural

• We train about how to use welding equipment.• Gauge installation, also welding machine TIG and SMAW and how

to select welding rod suit with the materials.• Understand welding procedure specification (WPS).• Basic safety and attitude training to work with customer's team.

For Helper

• We train about how to help fitter and welder safely.• Cleaning and housekeeping everyday after finish work.

Piping Work

1. Piping Engineer• He can design piping system for module knock down,

refinery and petrochemical plants, accordance with ASME B 31.3, and/or any specification that meet the customer's requirements, also pipe supports. We supply at least 5 years experience.

2. Piping supervisor• He shall understanding isometric and engineering flow

diagram clearly, also can communication with customers in English, strong supervision and can expedite work progress for keep schedule as well. We supply at least 10 years experience

3. Piping Foreman

• He shall understand isometric clearly, and supervise closely to pipe fitter, both in fabrication and installation also do cutting plan for pipe fitter for fabrication works and work in safety condition. We supply at least experience 5 years

4. Pipe Fitter• He shall understand about isometric drawing, for fabrication,

interpret from isometric drawing, such as the isometric drawing give dimension included pipe and fitting, our pipe fitters must know how to fitting length deduction (The length from fitting standard vary from size and thickness) before do pipe cutting plan, also fabrication correct direction of pipe in both fabrication and installation.

5. Helper• They shall know about, how to help pipe fitter with safety,

also cleaning and house keeping after daily finish work.

6. QA,QC Engineer• He can prepare WPS, PQR, WQT, also fabrication and

installation procedure before work commencement, and control entire project quality, such as NDT rejected percentage and document control as per ASME B 31.3

7. QA,QC Inspector

• He can inspect the weld examinations in accordance with the following standards

• Visual ASME Section 5, Article 9• RadiographicASME Section 5, Article 2• Magnetic Particle ASME Section 5, Article 7• Liquid Penetrant ASME Section 5, Article 6• Ultrasonic AWS D 1.1 Section 6.0, Part F

8. Pipe Welder• We supply TIG and SMAW welders, we have performance

appraisal and selection method all welders before supply to customers, and the qualification procedures follow the ASME Section 9.

9. QC Technician

He shall act like assistance engineer and filed QC supervisor, also collect welding progress and NDT control (RT, MT, PT, UT)

1. Structural Engineer• He can design structural works for module knock down,

refinery and petrochemical plants follow the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC)

2. Structural Supervisor• He shall understand the key plan and shop drawing

clearly also can communication with customers in English, strong supervision and can expedite work progress for keep schedule as well. At least 10 years experience.

3. Structural Foreman• He shall understand shop drawing and can do cutting plan

for fabrication, also work closely with structural fitter on field assembly and erection.

4. Structural Fitter• He shall understand shop drawing, also fabrication and

erection as per shop drawing correctly.

5. Helper• They shall know about, how to help pipe fitter with safety,

also cleaning and house keeping after daily finish work
