1 MD’s MESSAGESince 2006 we have
been a private owned
and operated business committed to being a
choice to owners, mining service provider of
developers and clients throughout Ghana and the
West Africa region. Our first and foremost
commitment is to local communities, using our local
workforce as well as local labour from the immediate
mining operational communities. We have continued to
expand our service delivery from a small business
into arepairs and maintenance ‘multi-faceted’ engineering company.
From our original , we now provide a full range of engineering scope of
Today we operate from Ghana offering a modernfacility with a design and drafting department, fittingand machine shop, welding bays, fabrication andassembly areas, industrial blasting and corrosionprotection. We respond very quickly to the needsof our clients.
Over the years we identified a need to expand our
workshop facility to include more plant and
equipment and enable us complete jobs of all sizes
and complexity. This allows us to remain
competitive in our market as we are able to
accomplish various projects successfully within
schedule and at cost that do not burden our clients.
The keys to our successes are based on:

• Working honestly by developing a follow-upstrategy to gauge performance and build trustwith all our clients.

Over the years we have built a stable workforce with
a large number of our employees being ‘long
term employees’. Loyalty and commitment are
values we promote amongst all our employees, from
apprentices and trainees through to management.
We support our local community by providing career
opportunities for local people. Each year we offer
two apprenticeships and or traineeships in the
trades we require. I am proud of our ability to be able
to offer these career opportunities for our young
people. Today, a number of our qualified and
experienced tradespeople in fact commenced
employment with the Company as an apprentice
tradesperson.
We also play an active role in our community, in
particular providing financial and sponsorship
support to local fundraising activities and community
organisations. I am committed to building a
sustainable future for our company and the staff we
employ by continuing to work with and in our local
community to achieve success in all we do.

ABOUT US
Mikefield Engineering and Construction (“Mikefield”) is a project engineering and
construction management company, operating from Ghana. We have a proven track
record of more than 10 years of experience and the capabilities, facilities and equipment
to undertake small, medium and large scale mineral projects on a continental basis.
Our main objective is to provide engineering and construction services to the mini ng
industry in Africa by unlock long-term value and provide engineering solutions that offer a
real return-on-investment. And we pride ourselves with the ability to provide clients with a
complete package that delivers on both cost efficiency and performance, encompassing
feasibility studies, through to plant design, construction and commissioning.
With over 80 staff, our experienced team is embedded with a wide range of skills and
abilities, enabling us to meet any challenge in our field. Our engineering and project
management staff offer a vast level of experience in the gold processing industry covering
all ore types and the most modern extraction and processing techniques.

Our main workshop is located at Jachie on the Lake Road 15km from the Kumasi and
about an hour drive from Kumasi City Mall. From this ideal location we are able to provide
services to clients within the southern and northern regions of Ghana.

Our approach is to promote and work in a collaborative environment, in a manner that will allow
the combined capabilities, experience and skills of the group to complement the works. Mikefield
will approach all tasks in the most cost effective manner possible by utilising these three key

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
At Mikefield our Health, Safety and Environment Policy is based on the belief that the
wellbeing of our people at work, or people affected by our work, is the highest priority and
must be considered during all work performed.
Our staffs are our most important asset and their health and safety is our greatest
responsibility. The management of Mikefield is totally committed to providing and
maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.Through our established safetyteam
and representatives, we consult with our employees about health and safety. Our health
and safety policies are the documented principles, objectives, obligations and
commitments that guide our decision making within our business.
We are also committed to minimising the impact on the environment as a result of our
working activities. We will strive for continual improvement in this area so that we minimise
our impact on the community and other groups who may be affected by our work.As such
Mikefield carries out all activities in a manner that provides consideration of the

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our scope of services is organised around three
departments namely Engineering, Workshop Services and
On-Site Services.
ENGINEERING
The engineering department is a team of professionals who
deliver engineering designs and provide services to a
diverse range of clients.
Our professional engineering team consists of project
managers, process engineers, project engineers, civil
engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers,
programmers, draftspersons, planner and estimator.
Our engineering expertise extends to, but is not limited to
prefeasibility and feasibility studies, process designs,
detailed engineering/drafting (GA, layout and fabrication
drawings), 2D AutoCAD and 3D modelling.
WORKSHOP SERVICES
Mikefield has in-house sheet metal, welding, fabrication,
machining and painting facilities and workshops that
produce client designed structures and services, including
light and heavy fabrication, chutes, tanks, rubber lining,
grizzly, sandblasting and protective coatings, poly pipe
welding as well as electrical and instrumentation works.
ON-SITE SERVICES
We have the labour resources and equipment to ensure
successful project completion and client satisfaction on
site. Our staffs are trained and competent in all onsite
requirements and specifications. Some of the onsite
services we provide include onsite labour, mobile welding,
poly pipe welding, sandblasting and protective coatings.

TESLA ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION LIMITED
Tesla Electrical & Automation Limited (Tesla) is a
member of Dreggh Group and was established in
June 2013 in Ghana to provide technical services in the
areas of Power Systems and Projects, Process
Instrumentation as well as Industrial Electrical
WestInstallations and Automation Services within the Africa region.
Mikefield and Tesla have signed a Memorandum of
Understanding to jointly pursue and deliver
electrical services and projects in Africa and
increase market share in the electrical engineering
sector.
MINING PROCESS & PROJECT ENGINEERING LIMITED
Mining Process & Project Engineering (MPPE) is an engineering and project construction
company offering metallurgical, engineering and project management services West
Africa with specialties in study, engineering, construction, project management and
investment projects. MPPE has been in operation in Ghana since 2014 and has deliver
services for medium to large scale mining projects with skilled and positive team with
enormous experiences.
With our alliance with MPPE, Mikefield is able to offer our valued clients additional services
including Feasibility Study, Front End Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering, EPCM
, Project Management and Controls, Mining Technical Services, Minerals &
Metallurgical Processing, HAZOP Study, Plant Commissioning, Process Training,
Technical and Operation Support as well as Plant Performance Testing. Mikefield and
MPPE have executed various project in Ghana and within West Africa unde r Technical
Services Agreements and Joint Ventures.
