According to Mikhail Diches-kul, Managing Director of Perm Engine Company, the orders portfolio of IGTs manufacturer for 2010…2011 envisages delivery of fi ve GTU-25Ps and one standby PS-90GP-25 engine for Babaevskaya compressor station, as well as fi f-teen similar gas turbines and three standby engines for Yarynskaya, Gagaratskaya and Usinskaya compressor stations of Bovanenkovo-Ukhta gas pipeline.

With entry into service of 48 MW total capacity gas turbines at Yuzhno-Priobskaya gas turbine pow-erplant, the total number of gas turbines for power generation developed by Aviadvigatel increased to 27 units; and their total capacity as of May 1, 2010 achieved 324 MW.Priobskoe fi eld is strategically important for develop-ment of Gazprom Neft Company: this oil fi eld is ex-pected to be the source of long-term growth of the company oil production.

At present Perm Engine Company is manufacturing four similar gas turbines for the second series of Yu-zhno-Priobskaya gas turbine powerplant.

Baydaratskaya compressor station of Gazprom Trans-gaz Ukhta is located at Yamal-Europe pipeline and is part of Bovanenkovo-Ukhta gas pipeline corridor. Six GTU-16P gas turbines have been made and shipped by Perm Engine Company to Baydaratskaya compressor for «Ural» Series gas compressor packages.

In January 2010, Perm Engine Company shipped three GTU-25P gas turbines to Gazprom Transgaz Ukhta for Babaevskaya compressor station. The gas turbines developed by Aviadvigatel are ex-pected to enter into service in the 2nd quarter of 2010.

In February 2010, the fi rst series of Yuzhno-Priobskaya gas turbine powerplant of Gazpromneft-Khantos including four GTU-12PG-2 was put into operation.

Installation of the fi rst three «Ural» Series gas com-pressor packages based on GTU-16P gas turbine was started at Baydaratskaya compressor station.

It should be noted that Babaevskaya compressor sta-tion is located at Gryazovets-Vyborg segment of North-European gas pipeline which is considered one of the top-priority projects of Gazprom.

Shipment of new power generation gas turbines for Priobie oil producers is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2010. Phase-in of the second series of the powerplant will increase the total powerplant capacity to 96 MW.

Delivery of gas turbines for the gas pipeline under construction started in December 2009. Until now, fi ve GTU-16P gas turbines have been shipped to Elizavetinskaya compressor station.

Aviadvigatel-designed gas turbines are manufactured by Perm Engine Company within the framework of Gaz-prom program for construction of Sakhalin-Vladivostok-Khabarovsk gas pipeline. Natural gas from the depth of the Sea of Okhotsk is intended for industries and mu-nicipal facilities of Khabarovsky and Primorsky regions, as well as for Jewish autonomous region and Sakhalin region.Gas turbines rated at 16 MW will be used as part of «Ural» GPA-16М-03 gas compressor packages made by NPO Iskra.The equipment is scheduled to be delivered in the 3rd quarter of 2010.

Commissioning and start-up works started at two GPA-16DKS-09 gas compressor packages at Yuzhno-Russkaya compressor station of Severneftgazprom.

Four «Ural» GPA-16DKS-09 gas compressor pack-ages have been supplied to Yuzhno-Russkaya com-pressor station in total. Every gas compressor package includes GTU-16P gas turbine (designed by Aviadvigatel, made by Perm Engine Company), «Ural» NC-16DKS-02 gas com-pressor (NPO Iskra) and MSKU-5000 controls (Sys-tema-Service).Yuzhno-Russkoe fi eld with 700 Bln cubic meters of gas in place is destined to be the resource po-tential of North-European gas pipeline. There is a belief that the reserves of this fi eld would cover all export of Russian gas to Germany for the next 15 years.

Three GPA-16M-4 gas compressor packages were put into operation at Purtazovskaya-4 compressor station.

Manufacturing of two GTU-16Ps for Sakhalin main compressor station started in Perm.

New gas compressor packages of Purtazov-skaya-4 compressor station are equipped with GTU-16P mechanical drive (made by Perm Engine Company), 398-26-1LSM radial-fl ow compressor (Compressor Complex) and MSKU-5000 process control system made by Systema-Service Company.The company in charge of site engineering is VNIPIgazdobytcha and the EPC contrac-tor is Yamalgazinvest. The fi rst two similar in-stallations consisting of four gas compressor packages 16 MW each entered into service in 2008.
