Topray Solar Group (stock code 002218:SZSE) is one of the most experienced manufacturers of photovoltaic
products in China since 1992 with fully vertically integrated solar manufacturing lines of crystalline solar ingot, wafer, cells, modules and ultra clear PV glass. Started as the No. 1 thin film PV module manufacturer in China,

PRODUCTS QUALITY
Similar to IC industry, at Topray Solar, we only use solar-grade poly silicon to achieve high-quality silicon ingots. The ingots are then
sliced into wafers with thickness ranging 180-200 μm, and then manufactured into solar cells with a cell efficiency of 18%-21%.
The cells are aligned and stringed to achieve a certain electrical configuration, covered with layers of EVA, TPT and tempered glass.
The interconnected cells are laid out, laminated in a vacuum, cured by heating and then packaged in a protective light-weight
aluminum frame. Once sealed, our solar modules become weatherproof and are able to withstand high levels of ultraviolet radiation
and moisture.
All Topray Solar products are manufactured under ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified manufacturing conditions. Every material and
component used to manufacture Topray Solar products meets the highest global quality, safety, health, environment and
performance standards.
Before shipping out our products, we test every single solar module and all other
types of solar product in our state-of-the-art testing labs. The testing labs are
equipped with cutting-edge equipments such as solar irradiance simulator,
mechanical load tester, and electroluminescence (EL) tester. Infrared cameras are
constantly used to supervise the testing labs��temperature and humidity to ensure
the right testing condition.
When packaging, all our solar modules and cells are classified and sorted according
to their current characteristics and all the packages are special designed that enable
our products to be free of dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock.
Our products are also independently tested by global renowned testing facilities
including TüV Rheinland, UL Laboratory, CE, and Fraunhofer ISE.
