• Can I listen FM radio from loudspeaker?• Yes, when listening radio, select Options > Loudspeaker

• Can I browse the internet with the Nokia 1800?• The Nokia 1800 does not support packet data

• What happens to Nokia Life Tools services if I move my SIM card to another phone
• The NLT subscriptions are tied to the SIM card, not to the phone
• If the new phone is another S30 device with NLT, NLT subscription will be activated on the new phone. New information items are received on the new phone
• If the new phone does not have NLT, you cannot receive information items
• Information items already received on the old phone cannot be transferred to the new phone
• Can I move my SIM card from a S30 Nokia Life Tools phone to a S40 Nokia Life Tools phone?
• No, the protocols used in the SMS messages by S30 NLT and S40 NLT are different
• If you move the SIM card from S30 to S40 or from S40 to S30 device, you are no longer able to receive the content you have subscribed to

• What happens to Nokia Life Tools if a user performs factory reset of the device?
• If the user performs a factory reset, the NLT client will not be removed from the device. All messages and settings will remain as before. The application itself cannot be reset.
• If there are problems with the NLT client, the problems cannot be solved by performing a factory reset.
• How many phonebooks can I create? • There is 5 separate phonebooks available in the Nokia 1800. You can
rename them, but you can’t create new phonebooks.
• When using Multible phonebooks, can I store 500 contacts for every phonebook?
• No, a total of 500 entries are shared with separate phonebooks
