Surveys have been completed and printed and will be distributed at next coalition meeting (Alayna in Knox County)

Survey coalition members and ask partners to distribute some surveys

Be sure to have questions that solicit stories or specifics

  • A S S O C I A T I O N O F S T A T E P U B L I C H E A L T H N U T R I T I O N I S T S

Next I looked at information that was missing like citizen opinion and developed a survey. Some of the questions were about what prevents citizens from walking or buying fresh fruits and vegetables. Surveys are handed out at the front desk of partners (hospital, extension, YMCA, WIC, health center, etc.)
