Community Engagement Overview
• Continue to receive questions to the form = 76• FAQs continue to be added• Parent/Student Parking Lot is up and continues to build, feed FAQs• Staff Parking Lot is still under construction• Staff questionnaire regarding accommodations is out, closes 7/16• Upcoming events following 7/13 BOE meeting will include staff
survey, parent/guardian and student survey, as well as virtual town halls, all will be publicly announced and posted on the Return to School calendar

• Promotion• P/Gs and students contacted directly via email at 7/2 launch, 7/6 text and
email, 7/8 email• Activity directors sent texts to students through Remind• Coaches and summer school teachers also made students aware• Social media posts were placed on D113 channels throughout the week as
well as supported by community partners
