Setting your labels

In the left column are your labels. By clicking on the right of the box, on the word it selects only that list of customers.

To start: click last touch – Sort by last touch date.

Click on your first customers name. The information for this guest populates. Look over notes and history before calling. It helps in your conversation with them. Some realtors

do not want you to contact ones they are actively working with.

Adding your notes:

Places which you can edit if you find incorrect information.

I add BAB-Initals LM,EM1 or notes about our call, etc.

After calling customer it is very important to assign a label. When I return, I can quickly pull up my list by going to Bab Working. Once emails are completed I move to Bab-Completed and remove label Bab working. You can add labels and remove by clicking on the color box. This way you are in control of your list.

On the customer page is a section in right corner where it says to set reminders.

You will see your reminders on opening leads page

for follow-ups.

Setting Reminders:

Click on reminder to set call backs. After setting them you will have a list on your main Leads page, as shown to right of leads list.

If guest wants alerts disabled:In the left column is a list of activities you can adjust.

You can disable communication and alerts.
