Application URL Enter URL (http://cgmatr.ncode.in/CGM-ILMS/Login.aspx) in the browser (Internet Explorer) to

access the application.

Application Workflow

1. Applicant District Geologist CGM Additional Director IMD Admin

Online user registration After clicking on Online User Registration, user will see registration form as shown below.

As shown below, user has to fill up required details.

After filling all the details, click the Register button. A message will be displayed as “User

Registered Successfully”

User will get their credentials on registered e-mail ID. After getting the credentials, user can

login with those credentials.

User will enter credentials (Username, Password and Mobile No) and Clicks on Login

After Successful login, below is the dashboard view of user.

Click on NEW APPLICATION.

Quarry Permit – Application

Click on Apply for Quarry Permit as shown in below

Application Form will be shown to user as follows.

User has to fill all required details as shown below.

o Mineral Details, Applicant Detail, General/Additional Information and Boundaries & co-

ordinates details

After filling all the details click on save button.

The user has to upload required document in UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENT tab as shown

below.

Document size is available in each and every document, so user can upload appropriately.

Below is required document list with appropriate size.

After uploading all the documents, click on save button.

After saving all the required data and documents, user will have to pay the application fees

Application fees is payable based on quantity

Click on Submit and user will be directed to Cyber Treasury Portal for payment processing.

After Payment is done, user have to submit all the data by clicking SUBMIT button. User will

get message as “Application submitted successfully” and a unique application number will

be generated which can be used to track the status of his application.

After submitting the application applicant will see dashboard as below.

Click on NEW APPLICATION

District Geologist (DG) will be able to see the line items on the dashboard for which action is

required.

DG can also search application number by entering different parameters in the filter criteria.

DG will click on edit for the respective line items.

After Clicking on edit link, following form will be displayed to DG

DG can change/edit approved quantity, enter coordinates (4 rows mandatory) and send to

higher authority in workflow for approval

DG while reviewing the application can send query to applicant to make the necessary

changes. Applicant will login and respond to query and submit the application.

DG can also reject the application after reviewing if the details are not appropriate.

Based on mineral quantity, workflow will be decided and application will be approved or

sent to higher level accordingly.

After approval, below is the dashboard view of DG. Also application submission message will be

displayed as below on screen.

CGM Additional Director login

Enter credentials (username, password and mobile number) and click on login.

After successful login, User will be directed to Dashboard Page.

After application is submitted, application is sent to IMD user for review and approval.

After approval, below is the dashboard view of CGM Additional Director. Also application

submission message will be displayed as below on screen.

After editing the application, following screen will be displayed. Approving authority will

review the applicant and submits the application. Application will be sent to Applicant for

making the payment of Royalty, Security Deposit, DMF, TCS, permit Premium.
