RPC Medical Campus South is a new class A medical of�ice campus currently under development directly across from the new Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center 262 bed hospital under construction at Double R. Blvd. & Longley Lane. RPC Medical Campus South has been speci�ically designed for medical users. Recent medical tenants to RPC Medical Park North (next door) include such tenants as Cancer Care Specialists, Center of Hope (Dr. Peter Lim), Nevada Eye Plastic Surgery, Dr. Imran Sheriff and Dr. Hardeep Dhindsa. Other contiguous tenants include Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists, Sierra Stem Cell Institute, Sugar Pine Family Medicine, Reno Eye Institute, Avance Plastic Surgery Institute, Dr. Robin White Pediatrics, Dr. Jennifer Shane & Associ-ates and Gentiva Hospice Care. RPC Medical Campus South will be a master plan-controlled campus with fully maintained lush landscaping, drive aisles and parking lots with ample parking for medical.

Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center
Reno is getting its �irst new full-service hospital in more than a century as Universal Health Services, one of the nation’s largest providers of hospital and healthcare services, of�icially broke ground in January 2020 for its new medical center. The Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center will be built in south Reno, boasting 350,000 square feet of state of the art hospital offering 262 patient beds. The new hospital center, which will be located on the corner of Double R Boulevard and Longley Lane, is expected to employ 1,000 new healthcare workers and offer a solution to the rapid growth in our region for medical care. The anticipated completion date is 2022.
RPC Medical Campus South is located directly across Double R Blvd. from this new state of the art medical center.
