Construction Cost Analysis

One of the most challenging parts of a successful
transition into a new office for a business is the cost. One of
those costs is the construction of the new office space. AMB
Architects and Arch-Con Construction have developed the
following pricing analysis based on data from past projects to
help understand where the money goes during construction.
All projects are unique, but this is a useful guide to understand
costs based on square footage and what portion of the cost
is allocated to each trade. Some costs are fixed, so as the
square footage increases, they are a smaller percentage of
the overall cost. If there are areas of an existing space can be
reused, you can use that portion of the pie chart as a potential
cost savings. If you have any questions about the charts, you
