Dear partners,
last week we had the first confernce for the new project.Not all of you could participate and therefore it is important to let you know about the results.You will find them in the Word document attached.
One important point is the timetable for the meetings I sent to you last week already.It would be nice if you could check and answer quickly wheter you agree / which date suits you best.The same with the other points that we worked out.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.If there are any questions do not hesitate to ask.
