Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company, LLC Authorized College/University Agreement

This agreement hereby recognizes as an Authorized University or College account for Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company, LLC (BHGEC). Ben Hogan and the authorized university or college agree as follows: 1. Ben Hogan® branded products will only be available to student athletes and salaried university employees only by BHGEC, LLC. 2. The authorized university or college agrees not to offer for sale, or participate in the sale of BHGEC branded products through mail order, catalog, Internet, or any other sales channel. 3. The authorized university or college will adhere to NCAA, NAIA and other (applicable) governing body’s rules, regulations and procedure. BHGEC is NOT providing equipment to student athletes directly. 4. The authorized university or college will exercise his/her best efforts to promote the BHGEC brand whenever appropriate and/or possible. 5. The authorized university or college account will remain current on all payment terms with Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company (BHGEC).   The university or college account understands that purchase orders are billed on a pre-pay basis or BHGEC will extend NET30 terms with fully executed agreement and credit application. 6. The university or college will be only charged shipping costs for demonstration equipment with a term of two weeks per order. A return-shipping label will be sent with the demo equipment for ease of return. We appreciate your adherence to these policies, which are in place to protect all its authorized dealers and affiliated authorized university and college accounts.
