DIRECTIONS/SITUATION From the North Exit the M5 onto the A380 following signs for Torquay. Exit the A380 at the ‘Teignmouth’ ‘Kingsteignton’ roundabout taking the third exit onto the A383 signposted ‘Ashburton’, ‘Kingsteignton’ and ‘Bovey Tracey’. Proceed along this road, straight over the first mini roundabout and take the first exit at the second mini roundabout signposted ‘Ashburton’, ‘Kingsteignton’ and ‘Bovey Tracey’. Proceed along this road and upon reaching the next mini roundabout take the first exit passing Halfords on your left hand side. As you pass ‘The Beefeater’ restaurant the entrance to Newton Abbot Racecourse will be found immediately on your left hand side. NB Please ensure you park in the middle of the racecourse only. From the South Exit the A38 at the junction signposted Newton Abbot, following the A383 Ashburton Road passing Coombeshead School on your left. Upon reaching the roundabout take the first exit signposted ‘Bovey Tracey’, ‘Exeter’, ‘Torquay’ and ‘Teignmouth’. Proceed along this road until reaching the next roundabout and take the second exit. Continue down the hill and at the next roundabout take the third exit signposted ‘Torquay’ and ‘Teignmouth’. Continue along this road passing Newton Abbot B&Q on your left and at the next roundabout take the first exit. Proceed along this road and take the third exit at the mini roundabout for Newton Abbot Racecourse. Please note the A383 Ashburton Road has road works in place so please allow extra time for travelling. NB Please ensure you park in the middle of the racecourse only. VIEWING Viewing is permitted from 9am on the day of the sale unless prior arrangement has been made strictly through the Auctioneers. VAT The Sale will be split into two separate auctions with non-VAT vendors/items sold separately to the VAT registered vendors/items. Where items are subject to VAT, VAT will be charged at the current rate being 20% on all lots, where applicable. BUYERS PREMIUM Buyers Premium of 10% plus VAT @ 20% (per lot) subject to a maximum of £200 per lot (no additional Buyers Premium over £2,000).
