Cognisess offers a tiered partner programme and together we’ll select the right option for your business and price point so you can start engaging with your customers. We look for the best programme to collaborate and develop scalable solutions with our partners who may have territory, sector or technological advantages to offer.

Cognisess provides a ‘plug and play’ software as a service (SaaS) model which, after partner training and accreditation, can be rolled out and operational for most customers in 4-6 weeks. As part of the programme, partners gain access to a demo account to support lead generation and prospecting together with technical, account management and customer support.

We support all partners who wish to grow and develop the relationship with Cognisess and upgrade the level of support required to meet growth opportunities as your business develops and the market adapts to a world of people analytics.

Become a Referral Partner and you’ll earn commission on all successful sales referrals. By recommending our leading people analytics and HR solutions within your network — including your customers, suppliers and partners — you will earn commission for every qualifying referral.

As a Referral Partner, you’ll assist with lead referral introductions and relationship development, while we at Cognisess will provide the expertise in our products and technology and drive the sales cycle to conclusion.

Cognisess will compensate Referral Partners for referrals that result in a software license sale. This is a partnership that benefits you, us and the organisation you refer.

APPENDIX

Appendix A — Table A notes1Tier 1 Referral Partners: pricing & discounts for our Tier 1 Partners, we offer a commission based on the revenues generated in the first 2 years only of the contract value. Introductions require Cognisess to take full responsibility for converting the opportunity.

2Tier 2 Smarter Recruitment Partners: pricing & discounts for our Tier 2 Partners, we offer a pricing & discount credits system scaled to fit volume of candidate assessments. Please note: the pricing for Tier 2 partners allows for job profile assessments only and does not allow for the wider use of the platform to profile and benchmark employees.

2 3 4 Tier 2, 3 & 4: partners can all purchase blocks of candidate assessments for volume recruitment paid for in advance starting at 1,000 units — a unit will typically consist of any set of assessments available on the recruitment platform and structured into the required job profile.

One unit will allow one applicant to undertake the job assessment as a set of assessments. There can be as many assessments as required attributed to each job role, but we recommend between 5-8 assessments. If any candidate is applying for more than one role/job assessment — it will be recorded as more than one unit as applicable.

Units must be used during the annual Licence period and cannot be carried over into next year’s allocation. More bundles of assessment units can be purchased at any point in the year according to demand. The bigger the block — the better the unit price/margin available.

3Tier 3 & 4 Partners: both Talent Management (T3) and Strategic Partners (T4) can buy access to the full platform features either in tandem with the Recruitment offering (Table A) or as a standalone employee assessments package only.

Employees can use as many assessments and features on the platform as is required within the annual period from sign up. Annual renewal of platform access is required from date of first user registration for each client organisation to ensure continuing access to employee data and assessments/features.

Cost of continuing an organisation's annual renewal licence is based on the same costs as published (Table B). All new employee registrations are subject to standard purchase of volume block and pricing. (Table B).

Partners/Client Organisations are able to add blocks of new employee users to their annual continuation licence to increase access across the organisation and benefit from better cost per unit pricing according to volume.

Partners can benefit from similar economies of scale by purchasing and distributing employee assessments across multiple clients or purchasing blocks solely for large volume customers.

4Tier 4 Strategic Partners: pricing & discounts for Tier 4 Partners are designed to deal with larger and/or more complex customers. These Partners will want to utilise the more advanced features of the platform and require additional support to become accredited.

With (T4) Strategic Partners there can also be territory or sector exclusivity involved — with bespoke technology integration or assessment development required. In these cases, we provided a service structure to match the level of scale, ambition and opportunity that exists.

An agreed volume based licence structure can be applied to allow client companies to scale-up according to the size and needs of their employee base — whether across roles, functions, divisions, internationally or relating to organisational change. Table B pricing applies unless otherwise negotiated and agreed.
