As a result of the nature of the work to be undertaken for you, it will be dealt with by either one of my two capable assistants. Depending on the nature of your call/email please speak/address it to the following:
•Drafting/amendments of documents, payment or debit queries, portfolio statements and all other general administration: Secretary – Lebo Matete [email protected] or Sheri Bothwell [email protected]
•Questions of a legal nature or any advice required, complaints / compliments regarding any member of staff you have dealt with at our practice: Financial Planner – Erin Bothwell or Johan Smith (Practice Manager)
Your file reference number will be your ID number - quoting this as reference will greatly assist us when you call.

proposition & service level agreement.
Should you decided to utilize my services we would be delighted to provide you with the following –
Handling of all administration in dealing with the transfer of capital into your portfolio
Portfolio implementation as agreed upon
Quarterly statements & market review
Quarterly financial newsletter
An annual portfolio review – which you will be asked to sign off on
