Ingredients

• Lutosa Herby Diced Potatoes

• Cherry tomatoes

• Skewers

• To serve: dipping sauce

(mayonnaise, cocktail...) or salt

Preparation

Preheat oven at 200°C.

Spread out the Herby Diced Potatoes with

fine herbs on a baking tray and heat for 15-20

minutes, turning over occasionally.

Take out of oven. On a skewer, alternate Herby

Diced Potatoes and cherry tomatoes and place

on a dish in a chequerboard motif.

Add salt or favourite dipping sauce.
