• Leasehold schemes of up to 4,500 sq ft GIA, freehold sites of circa 0.25 acres/ 0.10 hectares or existing businesses with a sales area of over 2,000 sq ft
• We want to be in busy areas, close to transport hubs, district centres, schools, hospitals and universities
• We’re particularly interested in mixed-use schemes of all kinds
• Sites should be highly visible from the road and parking is preferred, but not essential
