La macchina nasce nelle taglie 3300 e 4000 a cui si affianca la versione Platform, con un’apertura frontale di 3300 mm e una profondità del piano di lavoro che può arrivare fino a 18 metri.

The machine is available in 3300 and 4000 sizes and also the Platform version, with a 3300 mm front opening and a work table depth of up to 18 metres.

PROCESSINGThe standard version of the machine is able to perform the following operations on glass sheets:• Milling on the sheet with a rectilinear and/or curvilinear path ;• Edging and radial polishing on a straight and/or curved path on the edge of the sheet;• Drilling and/or countersinking perpendicular to the surface of the sheet;• Writing and drawing on the top side of the sheet.By using optional aggregates the possibilities are expanded to:• Cutting with a straight diamond disc;• Cutting with a straight diamond disc angled at 45°;• Writing and drawing on the side surface of the sheet;• Straight and/or curved beveling on the top side of the sheet;• Straight and/or curved engraving on the top side of the sheet;• Straight and/or curved cup grinding on the side surface of the sheet;• Drilling on the underside of the sheet.

The high quality standard of the PRATICA PLUS range is particularly noticeable in the care for details: each component is carefully studied and designed to offer performance meas-uring up to the most demanding requirements, making the machine even safer and more performing.

Sheet clamping system on the work table consisting in:• Vacuum cups of different types so to be able to adapt to a wide

range of different shapes to be processed; the vacuum cups are symmetric and therefore can be used in both directions (up-side-down);

• retracting telescopic stops to facilitate sheet positioning before machining;

• clamping circuits activated by manual control levers or pedal.

One easily accessible tools magazine located on one side of the machine is supplied as standard: fixed type (model 3300) or re-tractable type (model 4000 and optional on model 3300).The machine can also be equipped with a second optional maga-zine with the same number of positions as the standard one.

Magazzino utensili di serie in posizione laterale facilmente accessi-bile all’operatore, fisso (modello 3300) oppure a scomparsa (mod-ello 4000 ed in opzione su modello 3300).La macchina può anche essere equipaggiata con un secondo mag-azzino opzionale con lo stesso numero di posizioni disponibilidi quello di serie (si veda la tabella dei dati tecnici alla fine del documento).

Standard su modello 4000 in alternativa a quello fisso per permet-tere il massimo sfruttamento dell’area di lavoro; le posizioni uten-sili sono le stesse del magazzino fisso. Possibilità di installare un magazzino utensili supplementare a scomparsa per raddoppiare il numero di posizioni utensili del magazzino di serie.

Il bloccaggio lastre sul piano di lavoro è composto da:• ventose a depressione di diverse tipologie in dotazione per

adattarsi a qualunque forma della lastra da lavorare; le ven-tose sono simmetriche e dunque possono essere indifferente-mente utilizzate in un verso o nell’altro;

• battute telescopiche a scomparsa per agevolare il corretto po-sizionamento della lastra prima che venga lavorata;

• circuito di bloccaggio che si attiva tramite leva di comando manuale o tramite pedali (in opzione);

Sheet clamping systemStandard on model 4000, in alternative to the fixed one as supplied as standard in model 3300. In this way, there is a wider availability of working area. The number of positions for tools is the same as the fixed magazine. Possibility to install additional tool magazine in order to double the standard tool magazine number of positions.

The suction cups and stops are in turn secured to the work table (smooth and without any grooves of any type) again by means of a vacuum circuit, being connected to another dedicated circuit in which the vacuum is always present; in actual fact the suction cups are symmetrical and so can be used indifferently in one direction or the other. Because of the smooth work table with no grooves there are no limitations of any kind for positioning the suction cups and stops on it.
