Our project highlights the manufacturing of low cost 3-Axis water jet CNC machine. This machine will conduct water jet cutting in which high pressure and high velocity water jet stream will be used for cutting purpose. One most important benefit of water jet cutting is cutting of material without changing its intrinsic properties and therefore capable of cutting temperature sensitive materials This Machine has 3-Axis CNC Router table which automatically run through CNC controller. This machine works on G-Code, K-Cam is the software which converts any kind of drawing into G-code and according to that code parallel port gives signal to motor controller and then axis moves according to that code, so in this way manufacturing of 2-D drawing accomplish. We design and built a 3 axis CNC Router table with the enough strength to sustain the pressure of water jet cutter and produce the desire work. We manufacture gantry style table in which work piece remains stationary and nozzle moves all over the work space in 3 DOF’s. Circuit can bear 8 A current We explored all dimensions of this project from learning to application level. We have successfully manufactured 3-Axis CNC router table and nozzle assembly. We have also designed our own 3-Axis CNC controller and also manufactured 2-D drawing with pure water jet automatically. Figure 10. Controller Box Figure 1. Introduction
