ERW has the precision equipment necessary to provide our customers with close tolerance tooling and components. The capacity for quick turnaround and flexibility in scheduling is also available.

ERW Inc. has 4 OKUMA GENOS Machining Centers, complementing our Robodrill and modernized Bridgeport’s. With these state-of-the-art machines, we have opened our machining envelope to 41” x 22”. These Okuma’s offer highly rigid, thermally stable construction with high pressure through spindle cooling. These features allow the machines to withstand thermal deformation, resulting in reduced thermal growth and improved performance and accuracy.
