The CMYK color model is a subtractive color model, used in color printing, and is also used to describe the printing process itself. CMYK refers to the four inks used in some color printing:CYANMAGENTAYELLOWKEY

In the reproduction of photographs, there are various tones of gray or colors produced by different sized dots of ink.Each tone’s dots are produced at different angles to prevent Moire patterns.
