RATES:UPON VIEWING THE SITE AND DISCUSSING THE SCOPE OF WORK IN WHICH THE CONTRACTOR WOULD LIKEDONE, A QUOTE WILL BE PRESENTED. WE CAN DO THE JOB ACCORDING TO A QUOTE BASIS OR BY AN HOURLY RATE . WE CAN ALSO ACCOMMODATE YOU WHEN DOING A JOB AND SOMETHING THAT MAY NEED TO BE DONE NOT IN OUR QUOTE WE CAN DO IT HOURLY. OUR HOURLY PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS: $50 PER HOUR FOR MANAGERS AND $40 FOR ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES.

This was a 30 million dollar project, it consisted of approximately 300 units, which consisted of a three time clean plus all interior & exterior windows, our team finished the completion of the final clean in 8 months.
