The 2014-15 school year brings the
start of our 4-H Ricochet Middle
School Leadership Program in all three
School Districts in Dickinson County —
Harris-Lake Park, Okoboji, and Spirit
Lake. Ricochet is a nine hour, hands-on
experiential learning opportunity for
middle school students to develop
leadership skills and see themselves as
leaders in their communities. Through-
out the Ricochet program students
connect with the community by recognizing leaders for panel discussions, identifying a need within the
community, and conducting a service project to help meet that need. Students in the Ricochet Adventure
are enrolled in 4-H and meet all the criteria to participate in 4-H events like workshops, camps, and fair!
