Multi-Use/Multi-seasonalEnhance and build upon existing amenities to provide multi-use and multi-seasonal features.• Provide a regional mountain park to serve all of Lake Country as well as the immediate neighborhood.

CirculationCreate a comprehensive and connected network of paths, trails, bikeways and crosswalks that links key destinations, open spaces and focal points within the park.• Provide aesthetically pleasing buff er zones, good lighting, universal access by persons of all

ages and abilities, signage, and well-designed intersections.

Edge ConditionCreate a sense of boundary by enhancing edge conditions through thresholds and transitions• Build upon views of the mountain ranges and historical attributes of the city.

The wooded AMPHITHEATER takes it shape from the council rings of Jens Jensen and is planted in the round to accentuate the space’s shape vertically.
