2. Check that your prescription is for medical appliances only and does not include medicines

3. Check that all the details are correct and sign the back of your prescription

4. Post your prescription using a Clinidirect FREEPOST envelope

We can collect your repeat prescription from your GP, if they agree. Please find enclosed a repeat prescription form, which should be completed and returned to us.

THAT’S IT! We will then deliver your products on time and discreetly, within 48 working hours*. * Orders must be placed before 3pm.
