One Seat -Many ApplicationsOur philosophy is to care for the child right throughout the day within one seat, that’s why the Discovery seat can be interfaced into any of the 4 bases saving on resources and the need to purchase additional equipment.

Designed especially for infants and toddlers between 6 months to 4 years, the Discovery seating system allows the therapist to optimise the postural care of children from a young age and helps to address and prevent clinically challenging issues before they become a problem.

The Discovery is an innovative and versatile postural management seating system that seamlessly adapts to a child's daily activities, so whether that’s a day out with the family, attending school, having fun at Grandma’s or simply just relaxing at home the Discovery will make life fun.

Smooth tilt

Tilt range from 90° to 40°. Unique function which is an integrated part of the seat meaning that regardless of what base you choose, the seating position is maintained as the therapist intended.

Mechanism is amalgamated into seat unit meaning there are less moving parts.

Backrest recline

Recline can be positioned and locked at any position 90° to 160° Ergonomic and biomechanical system that reduces skin shear when in use.

Footplate elevationFunctions with true biomechanical movement with pivot located near the knee. Adjustmentknob is located at rear of seat to make adjustment practical when operating.

BackrestThe height adjustable backrest with padded side supports provides security and comfort. Optional sacral pad can be added to the padding to encourage an optimum pelvis position.

Removable coversAllcoversareremovableandmachinewashable.The covers promote air circulation keeping the child cool and dry. Optional wipe down covers are available.

Simple height adjustable Lunar base makes the Discovery seat perfect for use in school, nursery or at home.

Small foot print of the Lunar base allows safer integration within school or nursery environments.
