1 Introduction
This instruction manual explains the user how to retrieve Certificate Id for ClearPass orders.

2 Steps for Certificate Id Retrieval
Certificate Id for ClearPass products can be downloaded in one way by providing the below fields:
• Using Customer Number, Order Number, Certificate Serial Number
• Using Customer Number and Order Number
2.1 Using Customer Number, Order Number and Certificate Serial Number
To retrieve Certificate Id, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Licensing portal: https://lds.al-enterprise.com/

2. Click the hyperlinked ClearPass/OAW/OV3600 Certificate Id Retrieval as shown in Figure
1. The following page appears:

3. In the Registration page, enter ‘Customer Number’ and ‘Order Number’ and ‘Certificate
Serial Number’ as in the following page:

4. Click ‘Next’. The following page appears:

5. From the page as shown in Figure 4 user needs to select the desired part from dropdown
and then click on ‘Download Single Certificate Id’ to retrieve the certificate id details for the
selected part.
6. Here ‘_2’ represents the quantity of that product.

7. Click on ‘Download All Certificate ID’ to retrieve all the certificate Id’s related to that
particular Order Number.The following page appears:

8. Click on ‘Save’ to save/register Certificate Id’s.
Note:
“The certificate serial number for a particular customer number and order number will be
received in the welcome letter been published for the certificate IDs ordered starting from Jan
9th 2020”.
2.2 Using Customer Number, Order Number
To retrieve Certificate Id, follow these steps:

8. Click on ‘Save’ to save/register Certificate Id’s.
3 Few Error Messages and Their Interpretation
User sometimes may encounter some unexpected error condition due to invalid data, wrong
combination of data, data unavailability etc. Here are some common error conditions are discussed
along with their meaning.
1. If Certificate Id’s doesn’t exist with entered Customer Number and Order Number and
Certificate Serial Number (or) Customer Number and Order Number:
If user provides the inputs for which no valid certificate Id data exists or if user provides the
wrong Customer Number and Order Number and Certificate Serial Number, then user will
encounter below page.

User must ensure that, they are providing the correct Customer Number, Order Number and Certificate Serial Number (or) Customer Number and Order Number.
