    Tis is where most peope start. For rst time ceansers, meat eat-

    ers or those with chronic diseases and/or physica probems, it is

    recommended that you begin with this phase. Te Mid Phase is

    aso or those who did not pass the pH test (Important! See page 3),

    or those who woud ike to start the program as genty as possibe.

    You can eat 3 meas per day on this phase and it is recommended

    or those who are more toxic or weak.

    GenTle PhaSe - You can do it!
