INTRODUCTIONFurther to last year’s MIP International Women’s Leadership Forum inSan Jose, MIP is pleased to announce the Forum’s return for its thirdyear. It will focus on IP developments in the US and globally and willprovide an opportunity for women in IP to hear from thought leaderson subjects such as alternatives to litigation, practical strategies forprotection software innovation, as well as recent developments inlicensing and trade mark law.

This interactive Forum also examines best practice and innovationaround leadership, networking and business development. It willfeature leading general counsel and IP counsel who will share theirthoughts and insights with the audience.

This is an inclusive event, welcoming those just starting their careers,associates and partners, legal counsel through to senior in-housecounsel, women as well as men. The Forum aims to support theadvancement of women counsel through a one-day programmedesigned to address professional development as well as issues in thecurrent IP landscape.
