Principal’s Report
Issue 16
11 October 2018
Welcome back to everyone in our school community to what promises
to be an exciting Term 4. I spoke with the students at assembly today
wishing them all the best for their last term of the school year. It is the
term to consolidate their learning and start preparation for transition to
the next year of their education. As I visited classrooms this week, I
gained a strong sense of students being settled into the routines of
school and ready to learn. We welcome quite a few new students to our
school this term. We hope they have a positive start to their time at
Clayton South Primary.
The school has some works completed
over the holidays with quite a few things
happening. The major thing is a secret
project, which has begun in-between the
Senior School playground and Library.
Construction began last Tuesday and
works should be finished by next week.
Have you let the school know of your plans for 2019? If you are not
staying on with us next year can you please notify the office as soon as
possible as planning for 2019 is well underway.
Art class preparing
for Remembrance
Day. The students are
using the artist
Georgia O’Keeffe as
inspiration. I can’t
wait to see the
display.
