- Research fellow of international law at the University of Padova, Department of Political Science, Law and International Studies (research subject: "Violence against women and human rights. The Italian legai and policy framework in light of the Istanbul Convention and the National Action Pian 2015-2017") .

- Researcher in the framework of the EU funded project ADPOLIS - Antidiscrimination policies successfully implemented (2016-2018) , University of Padova, Human Rights Centre.

- Trainer of the national and regional civil service volunteers of the University of Padova on "The international, European and constitutional principles on human rights, peace and solidarity" and "The protection of women victims of violence and discrimination under a human rights perspective" .

- Trainer and consultant for the Centro Veneto Progetti Donna Padova.

- Member of the editorial and research committee of the Italian Yearbook of Human Rights (Italian and English version); member of the editoria I board of the review Sud Europa.
