On behalf of our tens of thousands of members and supporters, we urge Oregon DEQ to deny the Standard Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) for Global Partners’ Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery at Port Westward near Clatskanie, Oregon. At the very least, DEQ should require Global Partners to submit a new 1 2 1 Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery.
