ClassFlow 6.0 Overview ClassFlow brings simplification to its core platform with a consistent, user-friendly experience throughout the site. The new homepage makes it easy to get started with creating content or finding content to deliver to front-of-class. The new Active Class feature allows teachers to quickly connect student 1:1 devices and deliver content. Building assessments has never been easier! The ClassFlow Assessment builder is completely redesigned to simplify the process of building assessments and / or quizzes, while maintaining legacy features and question types. Student polling offers an entirely new and dynamic experience with a brainstorming tool called Interactive Poll Results Viewer in Presenter. The experience on whiteboard is even more engaging and interactive, making lesson creation and collaboration fun and simple! The ClassFlow Activity Feed makes communication and connecting with students and parents easier. Teachers can quickly create class announcements, share lessons and activities, and review Assessments and Assignments from the Activity Feed. Teachers have complete control over the content shared with students, and can use the Activity Feed to turn their classroom into a collaborative modern classroom. The ClassFlow Marketplace boasts over 4.3 million resources. In 6.0, users can view all resources published by specific users to easily find more content. This content can be used as a single resource for front-of-classroom learning, or used as an additional resource inside of a ClassFlow Lesson, Assignment or Content Bundle (formerly “Learning Pack”). ClassFlow Simplified Homepage Quick Features In order to surface ClassFlow’s most useful tools, there are now five quick features located conveniently at the top of the homepage. By displaying the builders, polling, and whiteboard - teachers can quickly create dynamic material for their class.
Instant Whiteboard Teacher can now quickly launch an Instant Whiteboard session from the homepage. Upon selecting Instant Whiteboard the teacher will be taken to a blank canvas where they can create dynamic lessons in front of the class. Start a Quick Poll Teachers can start a poll from the homepage. Upon selecting the quick poll feature, open class panel will expand displaying the poll types. At this point the teacher can choose to either switch class or deliver to the connected class. Once the teacher selects the poll they would like to send, Instant Whiteboard will open and the poll will be sent to connected students.

Create Lesson Instantly create new lessons by selecting the lesson builder quick feature. The teacher will be able to build dynamic material for their class in lesson builder directly from the homepage. Create Activity From the homepage, teachers can elect to build an activity for their class from the homepage. Users will be taken directly to Activity Builder. Create Quiz or Assessment Instantly create assessments and quizzes from the homepage. Users will be taken directly to the new simplified Assessment Builder. Marketplace Top Picks Teachers will now see the top lessons that are featured from Marketplace. Once a lesson is selected, the lesson can be delivered to class.

Apps and Promos From the homepage, users can quickly assess ClassFlow Desktop, ClassFlow Moments App, and the ClassFlow Plugin for PowerPoint. Users will also access to the new Class Activity Feed feature as well as quick access to their resources. Classes Quick Features A list view of the top features will be listed in the right panel. This will allow easy access to the quick features from Classes tab.
Simplified Header and Navigation The primary difference in the new header is the movement of “More” tab. This tab contains reports and setup. These items will be placed under the user center along with My Account and Log out. This allows the navigation bar to be focused on Resources, Classes, Marketplace, and the new simplified homepage.

Active Class Active Class will be class that is always connected, allowing students to join at any time. Open Class will replace “Adhoc” in 6.0. Teacher will also be able to switch between existing classes quickly allowing for on the fly delivery of material to the correct class.
● Open Class will automatically be the default Open Class when no other classes exist.
● The teacher can expand the Active Class from the navigation bar ● Active Class will show the connected student names and devices. ● There will be a panel displaying recently delivered Resources. ● Teacher can choose to remove student from the class session by selecting
the student's name and the trash icon. ● Teacher can pause and resume session as desired. When paused, the
students will receive a screen blocking them from resuming activity. ● The link displayed at the top of the screen allows students to join session at
anytime. The text and link provide instructions to students to quickly join. ● Beside each connected student’s name a symbol is shown to indicate
device the student is using. There is a phone, tablet, and computer icon. ● The connected class can be switched to fit the teachers needs. The
teacher will be presented with a confirmation message warning students belonging to currently connected class will be disconnected before starting a new class session.

Learner Portal Redesign https://prod.classflow.com/learner
● Student can join an Open Class session with the /Learner portal to enter in a Class Code.
● Students will no longer be able to login via /Leaner and will be redirected to the /Student URL to login and join a class.
Removed Items After thoughtful and heavy analysis of features used in ClassFlow, the product team has decided to remove certain features of ClassFlow based on usage in order to simplify and streamline future development of ClassFlow. Chat Chat has been removed from ClassFlow and ClassFlow Moments entirely. The primary form of communication between ClassFlow Teachers, Students, and Parents will take place via the Activity Feed. Calendar The calendar feature will no longer exist in ClassFlow as this feature was not highly used as a core functionality for users. Courses Due to low usage, users will no longer be able to create new courses from the Resources page. Users will still be able to access previously made courses from My Resources, but they will no longer be able to create or add courses to a class.

Unified Builders
● The new look of the builder headers provides a simplified, color coded appearance that that allows users to quickly identify and build content.
● Users can now immediately start building without filling out properties fields. This allows the teacher to quickly build interactive material.
● In line text editing - The teacher can now type in name of lesson, activity and assessment directly into the builder header
Lesson Builder Header When you are creating a new lesson, you will now go directly into lesson builder versus the lesson properties panel. The lesson will be saved by default as “Untitled Lesson” unless you change the title. You can edit the title from the header and edit properties from the menu option. In Line Title Editing You can select “Untitled Lesson” from the header and add the lesson title you would like. This will automatically save and update in My Resources.
Active Class

Users can access their Active Class from the lesson builder header by selecting their class avatar to join students, see connected devices, and recently delivered items. See Active Class notes to learn more. Menu Options
Some lesson builder properties have been added to the lesson builder menu. You can now access lesson properties, themes, card sizes, print, and exit from the menu. Activity Builder Header When you are creating a new activity, you will now go directly into activity builder to select the activity type versus the properties panel. You can edit the title from the header and edit properties from the menu option. In Line Title Editing You can select the title from the header and add the title you would like. This will save and update in my resources. Assessment Builder Redesign Assessment Builder is completely redesigned to simplify the process of building an assessment in ClassFlow. Users can effortlessly create, preview and deliver exams or quizzes while continuing to use legacy features such as importing questions, creating passages and adding question feedback.
Creating a New Assessment Users can create an assessment from the ClassFlow homepage or from My Resources. When opening a new assessment for the first time, a default Multiple Choice question displays, prompting users to begin creating an assessment. Users can enter their own content for the Multiple Choice question or select a new question type from the question list.

Adding a Question Users can add questions to an assessment by clicking the Question button from either the builder body or the assessment summary panel. The assessment maintains the question type from the last created question. To change the question type, select the question list drop-down.

Question Types Users can select between 12 question types when building an assessment. In 6.0 several questions are renamed for clarity. The Math Formula and Number questions from legacy assessment builder have been merged, and now exist as Math Question. Below is a list of available question types in 6.0:
● Multiple Choice ● Short Answer (formerly “Short Text”) ● Essay (formerly “Long Text”) ● Math Question (formerly “Number” and “Math Formula”) ● Likert Scale ● True or False ● Creative Response ● Match List ● Choice Matrix ● Fill in the Blank (formerly “Cloze”) ● Label an Image ● Sort

Multiple Choice Users are provided with a multiple choice question by default. Use the sort button to rearrange the order of question options.
Mark the correct answer by selecting the checkmark on the correct question option.

Short Answer Users can enter acceptable answers to short answer questions in the option boxes provided. You can also assign a score for each answer using the score box.
Click the Case Sensitive Answers checkbox to specify that correct answers should be case sensitive. Essay Users can create essay questions for students. Essay questions must be scored by the user. To set a max word length for essay submissions, click the Maximum Word Length box and insert a number.

Math Question In ClassFlow, the Math Question functions similarly to a short answer. Users can enter acceptable answers in the option boxes provided. Use the formula icon from the text editor to insert various math functions.
To accept a range of Numbers as an answer, toggle on Number Tolerance. You can then insert an answer with a +/- tolerance level of acceptable answers. The formula editor is not available for questions when Number Tolerance is turned on. Students can only respond to a Number question using numbers.

Likert Scale Various answer options are available for Likert Scale questions. These options are editable and can be rearranged using the sort button. Likert Scale questions cannot be scored.
True or False Users can easily create True or False questions. Enter a question and select from 4 different answer options:
● True / False ● True / False / Don’t Know ● Yes / No ● Yes / No / Don’t Know
Click on an option to identify the correct answer.

Creative Response Creative Response questions are scored by the user. To insert an image click the Add Image icon next to the question box. Users can insert images from either My Resources or by using an image from a Web URL. Students with Creative Response questions are given a toolbar to draw and write text responses.
Match List Users can create a match list question which requires students to pair associated items. Each answer option has only one valid answer choice. To create a Match List question:
1. Select the number of matches from the # of Matches drop-down.

2. Enter a choice in each choice box. 3. Enter a corresponding answer option in each option box. 4. Click the radio button to link each choice to a single answer option.
Choice Matrix Users can create a Choice Matrix question which is a grid that requires students to select a choice for each answer option. Unlike Match List where each choice can have only one corresponding correct answer, students can choose the same answer for multiple options on a Choice Matrix question. In this way Choice Matrix functions similarly to a Likert Scale question.

Fill in the Blank Users can select between three types of Fill in the Blank options: Short Text, Drag and Drop, or Drop Down List. To create a Fill in the Blank question:
1. Enter text in the Fill in the Blank question box.
2. Highlight the word(s) you want to make blank. 3. Click “Create Blank.” The system will create a blank. 4. Select the Option Type from the drop-down box (Short Text, Drag & Drop,
or Drop-Down). 5. Click on the blank that you want to edit. 6. To add options click Add Option.

Label an Image Users can select between three types of Label an Image options: Short Text, Drag and Drop, or Drop Down List. To create a Label an Image question:
1. Enter text in the Label an Image question box. 2. Add an Image to the question. 3. Move the Markers to marker points on the attached image. 4. Click Add Marker to add more markers.

5. Select the Option Type from the drop-down box (Short Text, Drag & Drop, or Drop-Down).
6. Click on a Marker to make edits or add options.
Sort Sort questions can have up to 6 options. Enter the question options in the correct order. The options are randomly sorted when delivered to a student.

Text Editor Users can edit the text on any given question. To use the text editor simply click inside of a question or option box. The following is a list of text editor options:
● Bold ● Italics ● Underline ● Bullet List ● Number list ● Math Formula (unavailable when Number Tolerance is turned on) ● Indent (only available on Passages)
Math Formula Use the Math Formula button to insert various symbols and math operations. The following options are available on the Math Formula button:
● Numbers ● Math Symbols ● Functions ● Fractions ● Greek Symbols ● QWERTY

Converting a Question Users can convert an existing question to a new question type. Any compatible data from the previous question type will transfer to the newly selected question. Scoring Questions By default question scores are set to zero. Users can add points to a question by entering a number in the Score box. Feedback Feedback is text that displays when a student submits an answer to a question. Users can enter feedback text by toggling the Add Feedback option on a question. Any text entered in a feedback box displays if Show Answer Feedback is selected on assessment Delivery Options.

Question Properties Users can set various question properties by selecting Edit Properties from question menu. You can also copy properties from one question others on an assessment.
1. Navigate to a question on the Question Summary Panel. 2. Select Copy Properties from the question menu. 3. From Question Summary menu click Select Multiple.
4. Click the checkbox next to your selected questions. 5. From the Question Summary menu click Paste Properties.
Importing Questions Users can import questions from Item Banks or other assessments by clicking the Import button from the assessment summary panel. Adding a Section You can easily divide your assessment into sections by clicking the Section button from the assessment summary panel. When a new section is added, a default multiple choice question displays in the builder body to help you get started with creating questions for your new section.

To edit the section title, click on the Section name in the builder body. Section Properties Teachers can test a student’s proficiency level by editing a section’s properties to list questions that gradually become more difficult. If Graduated Difficulty is turned on, students must correctly answer the allotted number of correct responses prior to moving on to questions from a higher difficulty level. Creating a Passage Passages display at the beginning of a question. You create and add passages to questions on your assessment.
1. Click Add Passage on the question you are editing. 2. Click Create from the assessment summary panel. 3. Enter a title and the text for your passage. 4. Click Save.
Saved passages display under passages in the summary panel, and can be used for other question on the same assessment.

Deleting a Passage Deleting a passage is permanent. The passage will no longer be linked to any questions on your assessment. You can remove a passage by clicking the delete icon from the passage summary menu. Preview an Assessment Users can preview an assessment by selecting the Preview button from the assessment builder header. After selecting delivery options, users will preview the assessment from the student’s point of view based on the delivery options selected. Saving an Assessment Assessments are automatically saved whenever a change is made. Users can view the Saved notification in the Assessment Builder header.
Users can perform a manual save by selecting Save from the header menu. Delivering an Assessment Delivering an assessment has never been easier! After selecting Delivery from either the builder header or My Resources, users can customize how an assessment is delivered and how test takers will view an assessment.

Delivery Options There are a number of delivery options available: Scored Calculates a score for the assessment based on the points assigned to a question. Timed (Min) Limits the time a student can take an assessment.
Randomized Questions Sends questions from the assessment in random order. If Graduated Difficulty is turned on, questions will be randomized within each difficulty level.

Show Summary Provides students with a summary at the end of an assessment.
Skip Questions Allows students to skip questions and move forward through an assessment. This option does not allow a student to go back to a previous question.
Resubmit Responses Allows student to change their answer up to three times after they have clicked the Submit button. Show Answer Feedback Displays question feedback when the test taker submits a response. If Resubmit Responses is also turned on, students will be able to view answer feedback and resubmit their response card. This will be located on the bottom in the toolbar. Navigate Questions Allows students to navigate forward or backward through an assessment. This option also allows students to bookmark questions that they want to come back to later. If Navigate Questions is selected, Skip Questions is also turned on by default.
Setting Default Delivery Options You can set the default delivery options by selecting Delivery Settings from the assessment header menu. Default delivery settings display prior to an assessment being delivered. These options can be adjusted on-the-fly by toggling between options.

Assessment Properties Users can edit the properties of an assessment from the builder header. Navigate to the hamburger menu, and select properties. The properties dialog allows users to set the general description and characteristics of the assessment as well as linking standards to the assessment. Student Navigation of Assessments (Learner) In 6.0, the Learner view for navigating assessments is redesigned for simplicity. If Navigation is turned on, students can move forward or backward through an assessment. This feature also allows students to view the navigation menu.

By clicking the navigation menu icon, students can view and navigate to questions that they have either Answered, Unanswered, Skipped or Bookmarked.

Presenter and Instant Whiteboard The new presenter is now redesigned in full screen with a new toolbar as well as additional tools and functionality. Users will now be able to have a more consistent experience with instant whiteboard and presenter on ClassFlow Desktop and the web. The connection panel will be available in the top right corner to be able to have students join the class, poll, and send cards.
Toolbar
Text Tool
Teachers can select the text tool from the toolbar and enter text. Users can update the textbox fill color, border, and opacity. Teachers can change the text color by using the fill tool.
Shape Tool
All of the shapes from lesson builder are available in presenter. A user can add a shape from the toolbar and change the fill color, border, and opacity with component properties.

Annotation Tool
Pen and highlighter are inside the pen menu. A user can select their drawing tool and choose their color, line thickness, and drawing style.
Eraser
A user can select eraser from the toolbar and then open the menu options to select their eraser thickness by pixel, eraser style, and clear all annotation. The eraser tool is only intended to erase annotations made on the card.
Selector
By selecting the selector tool, you can grab and move text boxes, shapes, and other resources on the card. This will be located on the bottom in the toolbar.
Toolbox
Teachers have access to their math tools, graphing calculator, revealer, and spotlight. The close icon for
spotlight and revealer has been moved to the left to accommodate for the new connection panel.
Fill Tool
A new fill tool has been added to our toolbar! You can select your card background and shapes to quickly update their color. You can also change the text color by selecting the text in the text box. Note that this does not change the section card.
Zoom and Reset
Users can zoom in on card content and then select reset view to see all of the card.
Undo and Redo
User can quickly undo and redo annotations, moving shapes and text boxes, and other actions.
Card Notes
Card notes are available on the top left corner of a lesson card.

Card Carousel Next and Previous Cards A user can quickly navigate through their lesson cards by selecting next and previous from the toolbar. Card Carousel The card carousel quickly allows users to scroll through and see all of their lesson cards. The card selected from the carousel opens in presenter.

Add a Card - With the card carousel open, a user can add a new card to their lesson. This card will insert after the card that the user is currently on and open in presenter.
Student Cards - By selecting the student card icon, the teacher can see all of the student cards they created in lesson builder. The teacher can select one of these cards to open it in presenter.
Connection Panel The new connection panel allow teachers to quickly add student as well as send cards and poll while they are in presenter. This is the central location to:
● Connect Students ● Send Card (Individual or All) ● Send a Poll ● Open Active Class
Class Code
The class code is available for the teachers active class in presenter. Student can use the code to join their class session. To see students and the URL, teachers will have to select their Active Class (Please see below).
Send Card
Send a card is now located in the connection panel. Teachers can select all students or select
Individuals to send the card. Students will see this card until the teacher sends a different card or starts a poll.
Polling
All poll types are in the connection panel. For multiple choice and likert scale polls , users can see their detail poll options by selecting these types from the poll menu. All other types will automatically send to the student. See Interactive Poll Results for the Poll Results viewer changes.

Lesson Based Assessment When a Assessment questions have been added to the card, users will see “Start Question Set” show below Send Card and Poll. While students are responding, the teacher can pause, stop, and view the assessment results.
Active Class in Presenter In the connection panel, the active class will show the class name and the number of connections in the class.
When you open active class you can see:
1. The student URL to join the active class 2. The ability to connect ActivExpression Devices 3. Pause and resume session 4. All connected devices and their name 5. The type of device that a student is on - Mobile, Tablet, or Desktop

Interactive Poll Results The new interactive poll results card makes it easy to interact and categorize student responses. Starting a poll will now create a new poll results card where the teacher can see the responses as they come in, start a new poll, and brainstorm to create a mind map with student responses. Student Poll Response Bubbles All student responses will now appear on the lesson card in a grid. Teachers can organize and categorize student poll responses in a mind-map type fashion. Teachers can move, connect, and change color of responses as they come onto the screen in presenter. Word Seed, Text and Number Polls These freeform poll types will appear in a grid as individual bubbles onto the poll card. The teacher will always see the original poll card appear at the top and the responses beneath the polling card.

Creative Poll Teachers can view all of their student’s creative poll responses in the grid and then double click or select the magnifying glass to enlarge each response.
Each Word Seed and Creative Poll response submitted will show as a new response and Number and Text Poll response submitted will overwrite the previous response. Student Poll Response Summaries Yes/No, Likert Scale, Multiple Choice, and True/False Poll responses will show as a summary graph. The response summary will act like any response on the card and will allow the teacher to move, connection, and change the graph color. Teachers can see live responses as students submit responses.

Response Bubble and Card Actions Moving Response Bubbles Teachers can move individual and summary responses around on the card. All responses will originally show in a grid like fashion and from there a teacher can organize and move responses to categorize them. Connecting Response Bubbles Teachers can also connect one response to one or more responses. A teacher will see that the responses are connected as they move responses. Notice that if you connect two responses that are the same color, the line will change to reflect that the responses are the same color. A teacher can remove a response by selecting the connection line and the trash icon.

Changing Response Bubble Color Teacher can select a response and change the outline color of the response bubble. The colors available are grey, yellow, red, green, blue, and pink.
Deleting a Response Bubble Teachers can delete student response from the card by selecting a response and then selecting the trash icon. This will remove the response from the polling card. Preview Image, Creative Response, Lesson Card, or Notepad When you select a response that contains an image, creative response, or the polling lesson card, you can:
1. Select the magnifying glass
OR
2. Double click on the bubble This show the image or card in a larger preview. From here you can add card to a lesson.

Add to Lesson as Card In a image, creative response, or lesson card expanded view, teachers will be able to add the response to the lesson as a card. This card will by default insert as the next card in the lesson. Panning Teacher can pan around on the poll card to see all of the student’s responses. This panning mode is always selected by default. The user can pan up to 5x the card size in order to see all of the responses. Presenter Toolbar When on a poll card, the tools available are the presenter menu, card carousel, card navigation, and start a new poll. Other tools and send card will be disabled. Show and Hide Names

A teacher can show and hide response names by selecting the toggle from the upper connection panel. This will show all of the names for individual, grouped, and summary responses.
Grouped Responses Responses that are the same for Word Seed, Text Poll, and Number Poll will show as grouped responses with a badge count for the number of like responses on the response bubble. The teacher can show and hide names to see all student who responded the same and then select Ungroup from the menu option to separate each response. Creating a Teacher Response Bubbles Teachers can create their own response to add a category or other information on the poll card by double clicking or tapping on the poll card. Teacher can choose to enter text, insert an image, or add an annotation. Enter Text By adding text to a bubble, the teacher can brainstorm or add additional information to create a mind map on the poll card.

To add text to a teacher response:
1. Double click on poll card to create teacher response bubble 2. Select “Add Text” 3. Enter in desired text or category 4. Select off of the bubble
To edit text in a teacher response bubble:
1. Select the teacher response or category 2. Double click on text 3. Edit text 4. Select off of the bubble and the text will update

Notepad Teachers can add diagrams or additional information by adding an annotation to the poll card with the simple pen and eraser provided in the notepad:

Multilevel Polling Teachers can initiate multiple polls from the same poll card. This will allow the teacher to create connections between responses and quickly ask multiple questions in order. To start multiple sequential polls:
1. Start a poll from the menu for example a creative poll 2. See incoming student responses 3. Start a second poll on the same poll card 4. Select “Stop” to start a new poll
Teachers can poll off of the original poll card multiple times. Teachers can also poll off of students responses from the poll card. This will allow the teacher to create deeper content connections for the students: To poll off a student response:
1. Select a student response such as a creative response from the poll card 2. Select the side … menu 3. Select “Poll from here” 4. Select the new poll type from the menu

This will send the creative response card to the students with the new poll. The teacher will see the new responses as they come in based off on the new card and poll question. Saving a Poll Results Viewer Card in the Lesson A poll results card will be saved as a part of the lesson if the teacher chooses to do so. To save a poll card in the lesson from presenter:
1. Make sure the lesson in presenter has a poll card and polling data. 2. Select the hamburger menu 3. Select Exit 4. Select Save New or Save 5. The poll card will now be a part of the lesson in your Resources
If the teacher opts to select “Don’t Save,” the poll card will no longer be apart of the lesson. Teachers can still access all of their poll data from the Activity Feed or by selecting Delivered Polls from the Classes page. Viewing a Poll Results Viewer Card in Lesson Builder If the teacher chooses to save a poll card from presenter, the poll card will have a view only mode in lesson builder and they can view the responses in lesson preview or by redelivering in presenter.

Sharing and Publishing a Poll Results Viewer Card
Sharing Via Link or Email When a teacher shares a lesson with a poll results viewer card via link or email, the poll results card and all student data is removed from the lesson. Collaborating on a Lesson with a Poll Results Viewer Card

When a teacher shares the link to collaborate on a lesson, the lesson author will still see the poll results viewer card and can access the poll results and all other collaborators will see a message indicating that they do not have access to the student polling results when they select a poll results viewer card.
Sharing Via the Activity Feed When a teacher shares a lesson with a poll results viewer card from the activity feed, the poll card will be removed from the lesson and the students will not be able to see the student’s polling results. Publishing a Lesson with a Poll Results Viewer Card to Marketplace When a teacher publishes a lesson with a poll results viewer card to Marketplace, the poll card will be removed from the lesson and other users will not have access to the poll results viewer card.

Class Activity Feed The new Activity Feed is to allow teachers, students, and parents to communicate with each other and see what is going on in the classroom. The Activity Feed is the main hub for teachers to share Delivered Lessons, Activities, as well as create class announcements and share documents and information. Teacher Activity Feed
My Feed My Feed is an aggregation of all post, lessons, activities, assessments, polls, and assignments to and from classes, individual parents, and students. A teacher will see all of these post and comments in sequential order in the feed. Class Feed The Class Feed is for a teacher to filter out post and only see post and delivered items to their class. A teacher can view a specific class’s post by selecting the

class name from the class list. Only posts sent to a class and delivered items will display in the class feed. Creating a Post Teachers can create a post with a combination of text, attachments, lessons, and activities to one or more class, students, or parents.
To create a post:
1. Select My Feed or a Class Feed 2. Add text or attach a file 3. Enter in one or more recipient - Teachers can post to Classes, Parents,
Students, or a Combination of all users 4. Select Submit. The post will appear at the top of the feed.
Attachments Teachers attach lessons, activities, Images, and other documents such as PDFs, Powerpoints, and Word Documents to send to their Class.

There are two options for attaching a file to a post:
1. Attaching from ClassFlow Resources 2. Uploading from their computer
Teachers can quickly share any file that they would like with their class. From the feed, teachers and students can quickly add a file to their Resources or they can download the file to their computer.

There are only a couple of limitations for feed attachments: 1. Users can only attach 25 items to a post 2. Files cannot be Applications or .dmg, .exe, or .msi files 3. Files cannot be larger than 100MB 4. Teachers cannot attach Badges, Assessments, Assignment, Learning
Packs, Item Banks, Courses, and Rubrics from Resources. Image Preview Teachers and students can quickly view attached images from their feed. Posts will show the first 4 images and a teacher or student can select an image to quickly navigate through images. From here, teachers and students can download an image, add an image to their resources, and add a comment.
Edit Posts A teacher can select edit post from the menu options. From here a teacher can edit the post text, add attachments, or remove attachments. Delete Post

Delete post is also available from the menu options. Teachers can delete any post from the feed including post they created, student posts, parent posts, or delivered post. Selecting this will remove the post from the feed and other users who are associated with the post. Comment Teachers and Students can add comment to collaborate and ask questions. A teacher can always delete any comment on a post to moderate the conversation. Users can add a comment on any post by selecting Add a Comment, entering text, and selecting submit.
Search Teachers can search for a user’s post from My Feed by selecting the magnifying glass under the Post button and selecting a student, parent, or class. This provides quick access to quickly show all posts to and from that user. Delivered Items

Delivered lessons, activities, assessments, assignments, and polls in the activity feed allows teachers to quickly reopen delivered lessons, review results, and check assignment submissions . These posts are private to the teacher’s feed and by default are not shared with students or parents. Teachers can see delivered items to a class in My Feed and their class feed. Teacher can review lessons, activities, and polls delivered to their OpenClass by selecting My Feed. Delivered Lessons Delivered lessons or instant whiteboard sessions will show in the feed after they have been delivered. A teacher can select the lesson and open it in lesson builder from the feed, share the Lesson with their Class, or add comments to the post.
New! Delivered Activities An activity delivered directly from ClassFlow Resources, Marketplace, or Activity Builder will show in the Activity Feed. From the feed, a teacher can reopen the activity in activity builder, share the Activity with their Class, or add a comment to the post. Once shared, students can play the activity directly from their feed.

Delivered Assessments A teacher can select the delivered assessment to open the Assessment Results Viewer. Delivered assessments or lesson based assessments are always private and can’t be shared with a class.
Delivered Assignments Assignments will show in the Activity Feed and selecting an assignment opens the Assignment Scoring viewer, so that the teacher can review student progress and submissions. Assignments are automatically shared to both the student and parent Activity Feed.

Delivered Polls Delivered Polls will also show in the Activity Feed. From the feed, teachers can select a the delivered poll and open the poll responses in a read-only mode. Poll results are always private to the teacher and can’t be shared with students. Please see Interactive Poll Results Viewer notes to learn more about poll cards.
Share With Class A teacher can choose to share a Lesson or Activity delivered to a class with the students and parents in that class. Once the teacher selects “Share with Class,” students can view or comment on the shared post. A teacher can select “My Feed” to remove the post from student and parent activity feeds. Teachers cannot share items delivered to their OpenClass.

Deleting a Post or Comment

A student can delete a post or comment that they created. The post or comment will show as hidden to their teacher. Edit post is not available for students.
Shared Lessons and Activities Delivered lessons and activities that are shared with the class by their teacher will show in the students activity feed. Students can preview it or add it to their Resources. Student Assignments Student view the assignment due date, instructions, and start their assignment directly from the activity feed. They can also ask other members of the class a questions and collaborate from the feed.
Student Lesson Review When a student selects a lesson from their activity feed, they will open a lesson where they can review all of the lesson cards on their own, comment on the post, and add the lesson to their resources.

Student Activity Player When a student selects an activity from their activity feed, they will open the activity into an interactive player where they can play the activity directly from their feed. Students can play an activity at their own pace and save the activity to their resources for later.

ClassFlow Marketplace As of 6.0 ClassFlow Marketplace has over 4.3 million resources. Content Bundles For clarity, Learning Packs have been renamed to “Content Bundle” in 6.0. Content Bundles function the same as legacy Learning Packs. Viewing a User’s Published Content Users can view all of a publisher’s resources by clicking the publisher’s username listed on the product detail page. The resources display on the publisher’s profile page.

Internal Only Learning Standard Tenant Feature The Learning Standard tenant feature is linked to the Marketplace Standards Search button. If the Learning Standard tenant feature is ON, users on the tenant will have access to view the Common Core Standards search in Marketplace.
Activity Feed Tenant Feature The activity feed tenant feature is available for tenants that do not want teachers and students creating posts from the feed. They will only see delivered lessons, activities, assessments, polls, and assignments in the feed.
