Cooking Classes are set amongst our Organic Kitchen Garden ,
and where possible , all produce will be sourced from the farm orlocal market . Classes run each morning and lunch will be basedon our efforts . In the afternoons we head out to explore the local
area .

We begin our Culinary journey right in “The Heart ofPuglia”, where the contrast of the deep blue sea fights the
rawness of the ancient and graceful olive groves ofMasseria Salamina
To Arrive at the Masseria , you will be transferred from BariAirport or station
MASS ER IA SA LAMINA
The Masseria is located near Fasano inPuglia , immersed in a wonderful expanse ofolive tress , a few kilometres away from thegolden beaches and crystal water of the
Adriatic .
Salamina is the name which the Masseriahas had since the 1600 's , and has becomeone of luxury Luxury Agriturismi in Puglia .
Since the existing settlement was expandedand the olive trees were planted , which arenow more than 400 years old , the Masseriaand surrounding lands have undergonevarious periods of renovation , The farm isnow completely green . and an importantbiological teaching farm . The grounds are
exquisite as is the expansive pool setamongst the lush lawns and kitchen gardens
