How to RegisterOnline registration is available to SSU students via MySSU at login.sonoma.edu. Online registration will be unavailable after May 15. To register for classes after that date, you will need to contact the SEIE Office to register. Due to the current public health crisis, the process for late registration is changing. Please check the SEIE website at URL for the most up to date information.Permission of instructor required in order to register after the beginning of the first class meeting.Registration assistance for students with disabilities is available. General Education RequirementsSome resident courses fulfill General Education (“GE”) requirements. Look for the specific GE category in the “GE” column.

Maximum UnitsSummer Session courses offer SSU students “units in residence,” the same as courses taken during the academic terms. Students may enroll in a maximum of 8 units in any one session, with a maximum of 16 units during the Summer Session term.

Course PrerequisitesCourse prerequisites are listed in the SEIE online catalog(sonoma.education/summercatalog)It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all course prerequisites are met prior to registering for a class. Failure to meet course prerequisites cannot be accepted as a justification for a refund of fees.

FeesUndergraduate course base fee $280/unit (discounted*). Graduate-level course base fee $320/unit (discounted*). Additional fees may apply. Please see the SEIE online catalog at sonoma.edu/exed/catalogs for individual course fees.
