ELEVATION/TERRAIN – 1,300’ to 1,700’ elevation throughout most of the ranch. Saddle Mountain peaks out muchhigher. The terrain is level away from the mountain and foothills approaching the mountain.

VEGETATION – Typical low desert vegetation. Palo Verde, Mesquite, Cat Claw & Ironwood trees along with seasonal grasses and browses such as Six Weeks Grass, Indian Wheat, Filarea.
