Citydomo Internship Introduction
The Citydomo Leadership Development Programs (CLDP) offer entry-level professionals a challenging, career building platform to apply technical skills or business backgrounds in functional areas across our business. Interest tracks in Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Designs and Journalism. Our 3~6 months rotational assignments ensures you build comprehensive knowledge of social media and mobile services, key initiatives, business model, culture and organizational structure, while developing your technical and business acumen, communication skills and internal and external network.
Make an impact As part of the CLDP, you will work on many challenging projects critical to Citydomo’s growth. These projects will provide excellent opportunities for career development and making your mark on Citydomo. You will:

Develop and execute innovative marketing programs designed to accelerate Citydomo’s business. Build strong relationships with Citydomo customers and utilize those relationships to implement winning sales strategies. Launch campaigns to promote Citydomo and to see the results of your own idea.

Citydomo Introduction Citydomo is a 7-‐month old, early stage startup involved in developing a business review & promotional website to help small and midsize local businesses (SMB) in Taiwan solving the problem of running their own viral marketing campaigns and capturing the brand experience with an online community that combines social, customer feedback and gamification marketing.
Citydomo Team The company is founded by Taiwan native Kevin Lin and Austria-‐based Joe Pearce. Both met while pursuing an MBA at Duke University, and traveled together to the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, India, China and Russia to work on localization business projects. Kevin is mainly responsible for sales, marketing and project management and Joe is responsible for software development. Neither founder has worked in Taiwan before starting Citydomo.
Kevin Lin has been a social media strategist with small enterprises, and worked as a Global Business Development Manager at Rockwell Automation, garnering experience in sales, marketing, and engineering. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA degree from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He lives in Taipei now.
Joe Pearce, an IT strategist, previously ran two online advertising related businesses. He currently owns a small boutique consulting firm specializing in large-‐scale customer applications for financial institutions. Joe Holds of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is currently based in Vienna, Austria.
