Environmenta l Management for· Developing and Emerging Countries - Integrated Land-use Management from 05 St~pternber 20 11. to 30 September 2011, GRANTEE hereby agrees to fulfill t he following terms and conditions;

1. That the GRANTEE shal l keep up with the standards of scholarsh ip or award;

2 . That the GRANTEE shall conduct l1im/herself in a manner as not to bring d isg1·ace 6r dishonor to him/her and/or his/her country;

J . That the GRANTEE sha ll submit to the head of his/her Office and to Special Committee on Scholarships (SCS) at the end of each term, his/her official tra nscript of grades, certificate of performance or it~ equivalent;

4 . Tl1at the GRANTEE must com plete the course . He/She shall not be allowed to cancel or terminate his/her scholarship/training grant without justifialJle i-eason and without giving prio1· notice to and getting the concurrence of the donor institution, his/her agency and the NSC;

It is understood that approval of tile extension shall be made only upon the recommendation of the GRANTEE's agency to SCS and upon the GRANTEE's execution of a supplernE-~ntary training/scholarship contract covering the extension pe,-iocl;

6. That the GRANTEE sha ll report to his/her office upon the completion o,­ten, 1ination of his/her scholarship, fellowship or training grant;

Thal the GRANTEE upon completion of tra ining, shall submit to the c,entra l u:;sc and his/her mother unit, a Re-entry Plan or proposal for the applicat ion of newly acquired skills expertise, copy furnished the Office of the DILG Secretary and the National Screening Committee;

Letter of Invitation Fellowship Award Letter

On behalf of the International Steering Committee I have great pleasure to inform that Mr Jason M. Bunyi has been awarded a fellowship for taking part in the 53rd UNEP/UNESCO/BMU International Short Course on Environmental Management for Developing 9nd Emerging Countries Integrated Land-use Management (5 September - 30 September 2011 ). I herewith officially invite Mr Jason M. Bunyi to Dresden to participate in the said course at T echnische Universitat Dresden. Federal Republic of Germany.

The fellowship includes:

• Non-reroutable economy air tickets from a major international airport in the country of residence to and from Dresden;

• Free accommodation in single study bedroom; • Health and accident insurance; • Registration and tuition fees for the course; • Allowance of EURO 550. -, sufficient to cover all basic living expenses during the course.

The prepaid air ticket will be sent as electronic ticket. Communication with detailed travel arrangements will follow in due time. Please contact without any delay the German Embassy to settle the visa formalities. If applicable apply for a visa for the period of 29 August -7 October 2011 for providing us with enough flexibility to book the flights to and from Dresden. For visa application purposes the original of this letter might be required. Please provide us with a safe physical mailing address.

Please note that participants are expected to actively contribute to the course programme by sharing their knowledge and professional experience in particular by presenting a case study (15 minutes) on 'integrated land-use management· with regard to their respective countries. It is therefore recommended to bring relevant information material to Dresden. Details will be communicated via E-mail.
