Cisco Customer Loyalty Program FY19 Program Changes Here is a summary of changes to the FY19 Program: 1. The Program includes direct purchases only 2. Loyalty Points will be automatically converted to Cisco Learning Credits 3. All existing Loyalty Points must be converted to Learning Credits by customers no later than October 12, 2018 4. Loyalty points will have an 18 month lifespan as Learning Credits 5. Your company’s accrual rate will be 0.75% 6. Updated Program Terms and Conditions must be approved by November 9, 2018 See below for further details. 1. The Program includes direct purchases only Indirect purchases are no longer eligible for earning Loyalty Points beginning in Cisco’s Q1FY19 quarter. 2. Loyalty Points will be automatically converted to Cisco Learning Credits Loyalty Points assigned in Q1FY19 and beyond will be automatically converted to Cisco Learning Credits, based on increments of 100 Loyalty Points per 1 Learning Credit. Total Loyalty Points will be converted in increments of 100 with no partial conversions. 3. All existing Loyalty Points must be converted to Learning Credits by customers no later than October 12, 2018 On October 12, any unconverted Loyalty Points will expire. Your company will have 12 months to use the Learning Credits before they expire with no possibility to extend. 4. Loyalty points will have an 18 month lifespan as Learning Credits All new point assignments starting with Q1FY19 bookings, will be auto converted to Learning Credits and have an 18 month lifespan. 5. Your company’s accrual rate will be 0.75% Accrual rates for all customers will be 0.75% (0.0075). The accrual rate will be transparent to you when you log into our portal.

Updated Program Terms and Conditions must be approved by November 9, 2018 As a Team Captain for your company, you will be asked to accept our updated Program Terms and Conditions when released in the tool the week of October 15. Approval of Terms and Condition is required to remain in the program and be eligible to receive Loyalty Points.
