What is the Allamakee County 4-H Circle of Friends?

The Allamakee County 4-H Circle of Friends fund was established in 2002 to secure financial support for the Allamakee County 4-H program. The 4-H Circle of Friends funds help support youth educational activities within the county, region, and state. The fund also supports community service projects, awards and scholarships, and educational material for adults working with youth.

How can I contribute to the Allamakee County 4-H Circle of Friends?

Although contributions will be accepted at any time, we ask that you return the enclosed contribution slip with your donation by February 1, 2020 in order to be recognized as a member for the 2020 Allamakee County Fair. Thank You in advance for your consideration and gracious response. We appreciate your contribution to the 4-H Circle of Friends Fund and hope you consider it a wise investment in our county.

In 2012, we started offering Circle of Friends members an opportunity to promote their name or business by purchasing a 16”x 24” aluminum sign, which will be displayed each year in the Show Barn for a minimum investment of $100 per year.

How do I get a sign at the fair? With your donation of $100 per year, you will receive the Show Barn 16”x 24” aluminum sign, your name will be printed in each show program and newspaper. Also, as a token of our appreciation, business members will receive a “Circle of Friends” membership certificate.

LC Signs of Waukon designs the Allamakee County 4-H Circle of Friends Show Barn signs. Digital prints will be an additional cost to the customer which will be billed separately.
