The owners of a Pierremont Road Circle K want a judge to overturn a Shreveport City Council ruling upholding a Zoning Board of Appeals denial of a 24 hour operation special use permit and overturning an MPC decision in their favor. They argue that the decision was overturn and uphold was not based on rational and reasonable concerns for public health, safety and welfare.
