MANDAMUS
Pursuant to Rule 10.2 of the Supreme Court Rules of Practicc and
Rule 41 ol'the OhioRules of Civil Procedure, Relator petitions the
Court to dismiss his Complaint for Writ ofMandamus. In light of the
close proximity of the primary election, the Court's order
denyingRelator provisional placement on the ballot pending the
final outcome on the merits of his claiinhas effectively precluded
Relator from obtaining the ultimate relief he has sought in this
case.Accordingly, Relator petitions the Court to dismiss his
complaint, without prejudice.
