CHRISTMAS DAY CELEBRATION

Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting.

Soaking in the spirits of Christmas, the students of Little

Flowers Public School, Yamuna Vihar celebrated the

festival on 24th December, 2018 with great fun and frolic.

Tiny tots arrived as Santa Claus and filled the entire crowd

with joy. Teachers were also dressed in red attire. The significance of this festival was

told to the students. Some students of class III sang song “dashing through the snow.....”

and gave various performances which added up to the joy. The boundless joy of celebrating

the festival was amply visible on the faces of the children especially when Santa moved

around distributing sweets to them. The classrooms too had been decorated with bright

and colourful bells and stars.

Our Headmistress, Mrs. Vimmi Jain praised and appreciated the efforts of little ones. She

expressed her delight on seeing such enthusiasm in the children who brought the spirit of

Christmas to life. She said happiness lies in celebrating together as a family.

Also, Class-wise activities such as Greeting card making, Christmas ball decorating,

Christmas tree making, Santa face making were organized for the students. All the

students enjoyed the day very much.
